Run by experienced Australian Personal Trainers this is a small group of 14, with Nutritioanl information, Exercise sessions, private accomodation with pool, massages and airport transfers all part of the package.
We will work with you before the trip to discuss and set you fitness and food options and the small group and exclusive villa compound ensure that if your travel alone you will be with a group of like-minded individuals.
We will run a program that you are both capable and able to do each activity and will work with you individually to help you meet your goals.
Having the ability to prepare and cook the food allows us to set meal plans to suit both your dietary requirements and to help you get the best out of your training.
It is not all about training, with the program designed to allow for down time and relaxation – a perfect mix really!
