12 Week Personalised Run Coaching




The next Lonedog Running camp will start on the 9th January.
Our program has something for everyone.
Our main focus for the next 2 blocks will be The City 2 City fun run & The Canberra Running festival. However we have a range of events that our participants will be working towards in 2020.
Our sessions are held at 5:30pm on Monday & Thursday evenings. IF you would prefer to do a personalised program but in your own time this is also possible.

Have you ever wanted run 5kms or participate in Fun Runs and Charity Events?
We can show you how.
We help you release your full potential so that you feel
comfortable and confident stepping out for a run.

Are you are wanting to increase from your 5km up to 10km or looking to make improvements within this distance?
We can provide planning and strategies to assist your best finish ever.

Have you already conquered 10km and your next step is to reach a half marathon?
We can guide you with planning, preparation and accountability to help you stick with your goals.

If you have decided that now is the time to start preparing for the challenge of a marathon then you will not be alone.
Marathon training is a demanding challenge and requires a large time frame to complete. We can show the options
available, setting you up for personal success.

If you are already running Marathons and now you would like to move to Ultras, you are in the right place.
With experience in these events, our coaching has resulted in multiple Ultra-Marathon Finishers ranging from 50km through to 250km races.

Having someone take out the guess work leaves you feeling confident as you progress through to your training.

We are like-minded individuals joining together to share sweat and pavement to encourage each other in all of our goals.
